Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Philosophy, UOA
Lambros K. Pippis was born in N. Ionia – Volos in 1966. He is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Philosophy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a dissertation topic: “Iconology and Aesthetics in the work of Walter Benjamin.”
He graduated with honors from the postgraduate program “Philosophy” at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in the “History of Philosophy and Ideas.” His thesis was titled: “The Aesthetics of the Unconscious in Walter Benjamin’s Work on Passages.” He is also a graduate of the Department of Humanities of the Hellenic Open University, with a focus on Greek Culture.
His articles have been included in scientific volumes and journals, such as “Elefsis” (Quarterly Cultural Edition of Speech, Art, and History), “Oropedio” (Periodical publication of culture), and the magazine “Correct” (published by Nefeli). He is proficient in English (Excellent knowledge – C2), French, and German.
