The Observatory of Institutions, Culture and Development is a structure-framework of the Workshop on Institutional Discourse of the Department of Philosophy of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, whose main purpose is – in the light of the Protection of Human Rights, of the Environment and of Cultural Heritage – the scientific research, study, and analysis of issues related to both the institutional organization and functioning of the State, as well as t the practiced public policies aimed at Sustainability and Social Cohesion.
