Rafailia Nikoletta Kallioupi

Rafailia Nicoletta Kallioupi is an Accredited Lecturer at the School of Health & Sport at the University of Derby, United Kingdom. Concurrently, she holds the position of a Ph.D. Candidate at the Department of Business Administration & Organizations at the University of Athens. She is a member of the teaching staff at the IMC Laboratory. Her doctoral thesis focuses on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Sports Marketing and consumer behavior. Her research interests lie in the domains of Business Strategy, Business Psychology, Exercise effects on the nervous system of individuals with Autism, Special Olympics, Ecological dietary habits and health, Sports Tourism, and Sports Analytics. She is a certified trainer in the Braille Education & Rehabilitation System for the blind in both undergraduate and postgraduate studies, covering fields such as Counseling, Special Education, Philology, MBA Business Administration, and Sports Organization and Management for Persons with Disabilities.

In addition to her academic duties and participation in numerous conferences, she collaborates as a sports consultant and Marketing Director with the football department of Athinaikos Vyronas, as well as with teams specializing in adapted basketball (Jambol of Love – SEF Stadium & AS ATLAS Agioi Anargyroi). Furthermore, she is responsible for coordinating and organizing prominent sports events and projects (DROMEIA, the sports children’s festival “MESOGEIA”).
