Evangelos Xintaropoulos - Coordinator

Evangelos Xintaropoulos, attorney at law (LL.M. in Public International Law 2009 of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, L.L.M. in Administrative Law 2009 of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens & Montesquieu University of Bordeaux IV) is member of the Athens Bar Association since 2009 and he has been working since in civil, commercial-corporate, and administrative law cases and has particular experience in public law matters. 

Evangelos Xintaropoulos has expertise in issues of drafting legislation-regulation, and policy making and regularly supports legal consulting projects for the Public Sector.

Namely, he has collaborated extensively with the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, with the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy and Development, the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, the Ministry of Interior and several Municipalities in Epirus Region.

Eirini-Maria Stamatopoulou - Member

Eirini-Maria Stamatopoulou law graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace and lawyer in Athens specializing in Public Procurement Law.

Active participation in voluntary actions of humanitarian and social character and active involvement with Local Government.

Eleftheria Bartzi - Member

Eleftheria Mpartzi is lawyer registered with the Piraeus Bar Association since 2012. She holds a master’s degree in Public Law (NKUA) and Certificate of Continuing Education in Public Auditing (CCE NKUA). She has been studying in the Inter-Institutional Master’s Program in Applied Economics and Finance (specialization in Public Auditing) of the Department of Economic Sciences of the NKUA in collaboration with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPA) since September 2023.

She works both as a Litigation Attorney and a Legal Counsel specializing in Public Finance Law and supports the preparation of training programs in Public Finance Law on behalf of a Professionals’ Education Institution, while conducting research in the same field of law. She is mostly interested in matters related to financial administration, public management, public auditing, public accounting, deficit recovery and fiscal corrections, etc.

Alexandra Liakou - Member

Alexandra Liakou, civil servant, graduate of the National School of Public Administration (2008) and law graduate of the Law Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2002) (LL.M. in Commercial and Economic Law of the University of Thessaloniki – 2005), has been Head of the Administrative Support Directorate of the General Secretariat of Anti-Criminal Policy of the Ministry of Citizen Protection since 2019 and has been actively involved for many years with issues of administrative organization and reorganization of public organizations, staffing of public services as well as with all issues public officials’ status.

During her service at the Ministry of Justice (2009-2019), she was appointed at the competent departments on European and international law issues and she actively participated in EU Council/ European Commission working groups dealing with legal and judicial issues within the Ministry’s competence. She had an active role as regards human rights issues in the context of the work of the FRA as well as in the framework of the regular reviews of international organizations (United Nations, Council of Europe).
